THE COACHING PROCESS
ASSESS
Identify the current state.
Professional Development Assessments are used to identify communication and leadership styles of each member in the group.
ALIGN
Understand the roadblocks keeping individuals and teams from the next level.
Goals will be determined and individualized development plans will be created for each member of the group. Skills building, peer accountability, and team projects are core components of the program.
ACT
Put the plan into action.
The group will attend monthly workshops where they will learn skill building including better communication, self-awareness, working effectively with other leaders, conflict resolution, and nurturing the development of others.

Goals reached!
